| Description | Powdercynate-1000F is a polyisocyanate adduct used in combination with various hydroxyl-terminated polyester resins and acrylic resins to produce weather-resistant decorative powder coatings with excellent physical properties.

| Applications | Powdercynate-1000F cross-linking agent and polyester are used in an equivalent proportion. Experience has shown that it is more economical to be slightly lower than the equivalent ratio (up to NCO:OH=0.8:1), and in this case, coatings with excellent physical properties that can meet the requirements can also be produced.
The curing temperature of polyurethane powder coating using Powdercynate-1000F needs to be higher than its unsealing temperature (170°C). The curing conditions for coatings with good physical properties are to bake at 180C for 20 minutes and heat up to 200C for 10 minutes to obtain sufficient cross-linked. |
