Description PAEs-1420 nitrogen-containing polyurea resin is a high-performance resin with low viscosity. Its unique aspartic ester structure endows the product with excellent weather resistance, high gloss, water resistance, and anti-corrosion properties. It is specifically used to prepare high solid content two-component polyurethane/polyurea coatings, crystal adhesives, sealing materials, etc., with faster reaction time and higher hardness and tensile strength, which meet the special application requirements of the product. This product can be used alone or combined with hydroxylated acrylic resin mud and then cross-linked with other aliphatic isocyanates to produce high solid content polyurethane/polyurea varnish, elastic paint, or other protective coatings.

PAEs-1420 amino polyurea resin can also be mixed with other amino polyurea resins to obtain more flexible activation period, drying time, and different hardness requirements when preparing high solid polyurea topcoats and crystal adhesives.

Advantages The coating film prepared from this series of products has the following advantages:

Ø  High hardness and strong toughness: The hardness of the paint film can reach over 4H, which is not only high in hardness but also excellent in toughness. It is difficult for typical polyurethane coatings to achieve such high hardness. Even if the hardness of the paint film is reluctantly increased through different improvement measures or the addition of hardening fillers, the brittleness of the paint film becomes significant, and the bending resistance and wear resistance have not been improved. The combination of hardness and toughness of commercially available products can achieve a perfect unity.

Ø  High gloss and comfortable feel: The paint film has extremely high gloss and a comfortable feel that is different from that of organic silicone hand feel agents. This is a unique feature of the product itself and will not be reduced due to the wear and tear on the surface of the paint film.

Ø  High fullness: The fullness of the paint film is essential for high-end coatings and is also one of the projects that coating engineers strive to improve. As one of the five major characteristics of this product, high fullness can fully meet the high requirements of engineers for the fullness of the paint film.

Ø  Solvent resistance and corrosion resistance: A fully cured paint film has extremely high solvent resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Even in extremely harsh weather conditions, it can still achieve good results. Foreign companies choose this type of product to develop topcoats that can reach a service life of 25 in harsh outdoor and marine environments. It shows that its performance is very superior.

Ø  Yellowing resistance and weather resistance: Acrylic resin is widely used due to its excellent weather resistance and yellowing resistance. This product has better performance in this regard, and a fully cured paint film can achieve a degree of beauty like fluorocarbon resin.

Applications Ø  Wooden Polyurea Primer: The latest polyurea primer in the market is prepared by combining this resin with conventional modified MDI/TDI curing agent and yellowing resistant isocyanate curing agent. This product has the same circumferential speed as PE primer and does not require pre spraying of sealing primer. Compared to existing PU primers. They have a faster curing speed and greatly improve construction efficiency. The product performance is superior to PU and PE primers.

Ø  High performance PU (polyurea type) crystal adhesive. Unlike existing PU (polyurethane type) crystal adhesives, PU crystal adhesives based on resins such as PAEs-1420 and PAEs-1520 exhibit comprehensive advantages over PU (polyurethane) crystal adhesives, and their performance is incomparable to epoxy water-based adhesives.

Ø  High impact and wear-resistant varnish for mobile phones, laptops, etc. Excellent high impact resistance and wear resistance, flexible adjustment of soft and hard requirements, and reaction time are more suitable for the application of this type of product than UV coatings.

Ø  Spray polyurea. Traditional SPUA spray polyurea is difficult to meet the requirements in terms of adhesion and other aspects due to its fast reaction time and even requires a primer treatment. By adding this type of resin, flexible adjustment of reaction time can be achieved, enhancing adhesion, and improving film performance.

Ø  The wind turbine blade coating replaces the traditional two component polyester coating and prepares a thin coating type blade coating, which not only reduces the weight of the blade, but also saves costs and greatly improves performance.

Shelf Life It must be stored in tightly sealed containers to avoid contact with moisture.

This product has a shelf life of 180 days from the date of production under ventilated, dry, and temperatures of 0 ℃ -40 ℃.
