| Description | Nco-Cure WBP245 is a water-based blocked polyisocyanate. Those curing agents can coexist stably with Waterborne resins (waterborne polyurethane, waterborne acrylate, fluorine lotion, organic silicon lotion, etc.) for a long time under normal temperature. The isocyanate (- NCO) group released by the curing agent during heat treatment reacts with hydroxyl, carboxyl, ammonia, and other groups on the molecular chain of Waterborne resins to form a cross-linked structure, which can significantly improve the heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance and other properties of Waterborne resins. |
| Notifications | Ø When it is added to the original automobile paint, coil steel paint, Textile manufacturing, electronic spraying and electrophoretic paint, the film fastness can be significantly improved after heat treatment.
Ø Adding it to pigment printing paste can effectively improve the rubbing fastness and hand feel of printing, and there is no formaldehyde emission. Ø When added to water-borne acrylic resin and waterborne polyurethane lotion for use, the adhesive strength can be significantly improved after heat treatment. Ø It can be added to any resin lotion with amino, carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, and the strength and friction resistance of the resin can be effectively improved after drying and heat treatment. Ø Adding it together with cotton and polyester cotton treated pulp can improve their durability, water and oil repellency strength. Ø Adding it to the water-soluble adhesive of styrene butadiene latex can significantly improve the bonding strength after heat treatment. Ø Adding it to any other slurry with baking process can significantly improve the scrub resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and weather resistance of the coating. |
