| Description | Nco-Cure W 100 is an aliphatic polyisocyanate water dispersible PU curing agent, providing good water dispersibility and high crosslinking density of functional groups; It’s designed as an external crosslinking agent for water-based adhesives, water-based printing adhesives, and water-based leather treatment agents to improve bonding fastness, water resistance, and heat resistance; It can also be used with Waterborne resins for various two-component water-based coatings, which can significantly improve the flexibility, adhesion, scrub resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the coating. |
| Notifications | Ø This product can be diluted with solvents, but do not use solvents containing alcohols, amines, or ethers. It is recommended to use EAC and PMA for dilution.
Ø Beware of moisture entering. After opening, please use it immediately or seal it immediately to avoid prolonged contact with air, which may cause gelation and result in scrapping. Ø This product is a Class III petroleum product, therefore, please follow relevant laws and regulations for storage, use, transportation, and disposal. Ø When diluting this product, if the solvent volatilizes too quickly, the gloss of the finished product will decrease. Please choose the solvent carefully, and Butyl acetate is generally more suitable. |
| Shelf Life and Storage | Please store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight. This product is stored for half a year, and it can still be used after half a year if it passes the test. |
