| Introduction | Copolymer Polyol 3630 is a specialized polymer polyol, essentially fine particles of styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) copolymer dispersed in a polyether polyol, used to significantly boost the load-bearing capacity and firmness of polyurethane (PU) foams, commonly for high-resilience (HR) flexible foams in mattresses, furniture, and car seats, offering excellent resilience and mechanical strength without toxic fillers. It’s a key component in making high-performance PU products. |

| Storage | 3630 is hygroscopic and absorption of moisture would affect polyol reactivity and physical properties of resulting polymer. The material should be stored in sealed containers and in dry conditions, away from direct sources of heat. The recommended storage temperature is between 20~35℃. Opened drums must be reclosed tightly immediately after drawing-off material. | ||
