| Introduction | Antioxidant Blend 900 is a synergistic processing and long-term thermal stabilizer system. It is a blend of 80% antioxidant 168 and 20% antioxidant 1076. |
| Benefits | It maintains original melt flow and offers low color formation & long-term-thermal stability. Antioxidant 168, an organic phosphite of low volatility and particularly resistant to hydrolysis, protects the polymer during processing by decomposing the hydroperoxides. |
| Application | Antioxidant Blend 900 is suitable for use in polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in engineering plastics, styrene, PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers, BR, SBR, SBS, and adhesives. |
| Guidelines for Use | The recommended concentration levels of Antioxidant Blend 900 is 0.1% and 0.50 %, depending on substrate and processing conditions. |
