Guidelines for Use |
Antioxidant 5057 is mainly used in the entire process of preparation and processing of polymers such as polyurethane plastics, rubber, fibers, and elastomers to improve the heat resistance and aging resistance of rubber products, thereby extending their service life. It can effectively inhibit the formation of peroxides in polyurethane foam during storage and transportation, prevent scorching during foaming, and effectively improve the thermal stability of polyurethane foam.
It is recommended to be used in combination with hindered phenol antioxidants, i.e. 1135, to achieve a synergistic effect. The general additional amount is 0.1~0.5% |
