| Description | PAEs-1520 resin is a low viscosity amino (hydroxyl) resin with a unique aspartic ester structure that endows the product with excellent weather resistance, high gloss, water resistance, and anti-corrosion properties. It is specifically used for preparing high solid content two-component polyurethane/polyurea coatings, crystal adhesives, potting materials, etc. This product can be used alone or mixed with hydroxyl containing acrylic resin and then cross-linked with other aliphatic isocyanates to produce high solid content polyurethane/polyurea varnish, elastic paint, or other protective coatings. |
| Applications | Ø High performance PU (polyurea type) crystal adhesive is different from existing PU (polyurethane) crystal adhesive. PU crystal adhesive with PAEs-1520, PAEs-1420 and other main resins shows comprehensive advantages over PU (polyurethane) crystal adhesive, which is incomparable to epoxy crystal adhesive.
Ø Ultra wear-resistant polyurea floor coating. The floor coating topcoat prepared with this product has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance, as well as a longer usable time. Ø High impact and wear-resistant varnish for mobile phones, laptops, speakers, etc. Excellent high impact resistance and wear resistance, flexible adjustment of soft and hard requirements, and reaction time are more suitable for the application of this type of product than UV coatings. Ø Anticorrosive coating topcoat, with excellent weather resistance and low viscosity, has become the preferred product for high solid content coatings and solvent-free topcoats. Ø The wind turbine blade coating replaces the traditional two component polyurethane coating and prepares a thin coating type blade coating, which not only reduces the weight of the blade, but also saves costs and greatly improves performance. |
| Shelf Life | It must be stored in tightly sealed containers to avoid contact with moisture.
This product has a shelf life of 180 days from the date of production under ventilated, dry, and temperatures of 0 ℃ -40 ℃. |
