The most popular applications include tank lining paint, elastomeric coating system developed specifically for use in dirty water applications like protection of concrete structures of sewage digesters, channels and other wastewater situations Adhesives MOEA is used as a chain extender for epoxy adhesives to improve the mechanical properties and water resistance of adhesives. The typical applications are underfill encapsulant designed for tight bump pitches and narrow gaps in flip-chip BGA applications featuring high crack/fracture resistance and thermal cycling performance. |
