| Introduction | EDPO is a new, additive-based, halogen-free flame retardant. It’s easy to use and boasts numerous excellent properties, including non-hygroscopicity, low dielectric constant, high melting point, high decomposition temperature, and excellent compatibility and dispersibility with epoxy resins. |
| Applications | EDPO is suitable for applications in high-end copper-clad laminates, CCLs, FCCLs, and FR4. When combined with other flame retardants such as HTP-6123, HPCTP, and THEIC in two, three, or four-component combinations in specific proportions, it exhibits synergistic effects, resulting in higher flame retardancy, improved flame retardancy, and a higher Tg point. |
